We have a house-call fee per visit and an examination/consultation fee per animal.
Prices beyond the house-call fee are comparable to traditional veterinary hospitals in Massachusetts.  

We accept cash, check, MasterCard, VISA, & Discover & expect payment at time of service.

Prices vary depending upon your location, breed and age of your cat/dog and your pet's lifestyle. 

Lifestyle can affect which vaccines & other preventative protocols that we will recommend, so please send us a detailed email message in order for us to provide the most accurate quote.  (current clients only - please include your client ID number.)

The income guidelines to qualify for our reduced rates are as follows:

1 person household – $16,000 or less per year
2 person household – $25,000 or less per year
3 person household – $28,000 or less per year
4 person household – $34,000 or less per year
5 to 6 person household – $38,000 to $40,000 or less per year

Those interested in receiving our reduced rates must complete and submit a one time application which will be emailed upon request.

Pet insurance works differently from human health insurance.
You'll pay us directly and in full for services, just like without insurance.
We'll give you a detailed receipt, which you then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Generally, you'll handle communication with the insurance provider,
but we're available to assist if they need additional information.

Various pet insurance companies offer different plans and benefits, so it's essential to research to find the right option for you.

In spite of the many advantages of mobile veterinary practice, there are some limitations.
We're not equipped to hospitalize patients & we'll need to refer you to a traditional
veterinary hospital for this. We're also unable to accommodate emergencies &
these will also need to be referred.
